Welcome/Bienvenida!
I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) and bicultural Latina psychologist providing online therapy for adults across Massachusetts. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges, as well as self-worth and identity concerns. My practice offers culturally sensitive therapy that supports you in feeling seen, grounded, and empowered in both your personal and professional life.
I have specialized training in grief, loss, and trauma treatment, and extensive experience helping clients heal from painful experiences while reconnecting with a deeper sense of self-trust and meaning.
My approach is collaborative, warm, and insight-oriented. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT), mindfulness, and humanistic frameworks.
I emphasize understanding symptoms within the broader context of relationships, culture, and identity. I view the therapeutic relationship as a central part of healing—a space where you can explore emotions safely, gain clarity, and experience lasting growth.
My goal is to help you build a renewed and confident sense of self, develop stronger emotional tools, and create more authentic, fulfilling relationships.
